Prof. A. Sabu, Professor in the Department of Biotechnology and Microbiology at Kannur University, Kerala, is presently on deputation as the Member Secretary of KSCSTE. He obtained his Ph.D. in Biotechnology from CUSAT and completed postdoctoral research in France and the USA. His research emphasizes developing bioprocesses for producing therapeutic and industrial enzymes, microbial metabolites, and bioactive compounds from marine and terrestrial microorganisms.
