Prof. A. Sabu

About me Prof. A. Sabu, Professor in the Department of Biotechnology and Microbiology at Kannur University, Kerala, is presently on deputation as the Member Secretary of KSCSTE. He obtained his Ph.D. in Biotechnology from CUSAT and completed postdoctoral research in France and the USA. With over two decades of academic and research experience, Dr.Sabu has made notable contributions to microbial biotechnology, particularly in enzyme technology, drug discovery, biocontrol, and bioremediation. His research emphasizes developing bioprocesses for producing therapeutic and industrial enzymes, microbial metabolites, and bioactive compounds from marine and terrestrial microorganisms. Prof. A.
